52 year old California native, Laurie Brunner-Chapple, who was staying in Kaanapali, fell from her 10th floor room balcony to her death.
Her body was found poolside by other visitors staying at the hotel.
There was no sign of foul play, but police are still investigating.
An autopsy is scheduled for today.
